Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including search engines, social media, and email marketing
• Optimize website content and design for search engine ranking and user engagement
• Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Manage and monitor all the social media profile and pages
• Develop and execute email campaigns

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices is a plus
