• competent and case-closing processing of customer enquiries
• ensure customer satisfaction

👉🏻 Your profile
• very good knowledge of English (Must Have) AND Spanish or Italian language (written and spoken)
• good working knowledge of MS Office
• Sales and Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
• confident and professional on the phone
• target driven personality, friendly and communicative
