Our mission is to contribute to the development of Albania by making domestic production with high quality and to create opportunities and support women in male-dominated industries.\\\\r\\\\nWe’re currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team!\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components in accordance with project requirements.\\\\r\\\\n• Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and reliability.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with other systems.\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\\\\r\\\\n• Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements for enhanced functionality and cost-effectiveness.\\\\r\\\\n• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during product development and manufacturing processes.\\\\r\\\\n• Supervise of the technical team during production.\\\\r\\\\n• Weekly reports of the current stage of production process.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequirements:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)\\\\r\\\\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\\\\r\\\\n• Prior experience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred but not required.\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent written and speaking English language\\\\r\\\\n• Driver lincense
