We are increasing the participation in telecommunication events year after year and we are looking for a marketing director to help us to advertise our company’s image and products, to create a lasting impression of our brand in the mind of our partners.


Responsibilities:


• Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company and for new and existing products or services

• Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy

• Develop a brand strategy

• Create and manage a calendar of telecommunications events and prepares all the promotional materials/presentations for these conferences

• Continually review changes to the market, products trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

• Manage and refine the company’s social media presence

• Conduct market research studies

• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials

• Create online contents to advertise our company’s image and products

• Responsible for overall branding and image


Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Marketing/Communications preferred)

• Experience in technology/telecommunications industry including successful communications, branding and marketing, relationship management. Strong management and organizational skills are required.

• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Solid background and demonstrated understanding of marketing/ communications, development, social marketing, branding and messaging

• Significant leadership and collaboration skills with proven ability to manage effectively in a high growth, high demand environment

• Goal oriented and demonstrated skills in planning, project management and implementation

• Highly organized and extremely details oriented with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
