Handle international customers
Managing large volume of customer calls
Resolve all inbound and outbound support request per established guidelines
Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text
Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers
Respond to client questions, concerns and billing enquiries with highest degree of professionalism
Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care

Should have minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
Excellent Italian and English skills
Previous experience in travel and hospitality industry
Should have excellent communication and writing skills
Should be a strong team player
High School Diploma and equivalent
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
