Our mission is to contribute to the development of Albania by making domestic production with high quality and to create opportunities and support women in male-dominated industries.
We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble all necessary documents, including proposals, contracts, and quotations, for tenders and sales projects.
• Preparing weekly meetings (online and physically) with potential clients.
• Researching and finding new potential clients.
• Assist the project manager in coordinating sales activities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate and communicate with colleagues to obtain required data for proposals and tenders.
• Review and proofread sales materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain and update sales databases, client records, and project files.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Create and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to assist in developing effective sales strategies.
• Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods.
• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Driver’s License.
