Job description:

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be a key contributor to our teams in New York and Kosovo. This role will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of complex projects across our two teams, leadership and clients. The Project Manager will work closely with our Technical Team and should have prior experience managing technical projects. We are seeking top talent to help us deliver best in class service to our large client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Previous experience navigating obstacles, while driving for results through collaboration, a sense of urgency and client focus

• This role will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of complex projects

• Manage the lifecycle of digital projects including collaborating with the tech, digital and senior leadership Teams to create and monitor comprehensive action plans, and timeframes

• Track and proactively evaluate potential problems, technical hitches and deliver solutions

• Coordinate current projects to keep workflow on track

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintain effective communication with leadership to keep them aware of critical issues and action plans

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project management experience with digital marketing/agency

• Previous experience navigating obstacles, while driving for results through collaboration, a sense of urgency and client focus.

• An expertly organized professional that has the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Must be a creative thinker, self-starter, problem solver with strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• English & Albanian proficiency

Schedule: Full time (40hrs a week) - Eastern Standard Time
