Interlane Albania is looking for potential candidates for the below role.
The Account Manager role assumes responsibility for client relationships and sales within Interlane. You are responsible for managing and handling current clients, as well as closing new sales. In this role, you are expected to:
Manage current clients and clients passed on from Regional Account Managers.
Build and improve customer relations and confidence by acting as the first point of contact for any needs.
Supervise and grow the logistics portfolio of each customer to achieve mutual growth.
Work together with the Dispatch team to handle all shipments efficiently and exceed customer expectations.
Utilize Interlane databases and consistent sales approaches to reach out and close leads.
Stay updated about emerging issues within the industry to assist in maintaining a professional space and educating clients on the best personalized logistics solutions.
Help build a positive work environment by working together with your team.
40 hours a week working time, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Working time 3 PM to 11 PM
Proficiency in English (C1/C2+ skill level)
Ability to interact freely and write emails on a professional level
Experience in the logistics field is an asset
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Calendar
Self-motivated individual that can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop client relationships and maintain strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and client service skills
Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
Strong leadership and time-management skills
