• telephone handling of enquiries about products, the shop page, the ordering process and shipment tracking
• accompanying customers through the ordering process
• competent and case-closing processing of customer enquiries

• very good knowledge of English (Must Have) AND Spanish or Italian (written and spoken)
• good working knowledge of MS Office
• Sales and Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
