• Increase in sales figures in the assigned call center
• Supporting agents and team leaders in daily business - coaching, side-by-side listening, starting a sales conversation, setting anchors, handling objections, etc.
• Organizing small-group workshops to promote exchanges among the agents
• Support in implementing the monthly sales focus and achieving the sales goals
• Introduction and training of Fairpay (tool)
• In cooperation with training, building up and maintaining a high level of sales skills
• Design competitions to support the achievement of sales goals
• Communication with the team leaders and agents regarding all areas of performance and customer satisfaction
• Reporting progress and planning to the Managing Director of the contact center in Lisbon
• 25% of the time working as Call Center Agent to be close to day-to-day business and serve as a role model

Profile requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Coaching, or a related working experience in a contact center environment preferably in the telecommunication sector
• Excellent communication
• Proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional sales and motivational skills
• Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and strong social skills
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Fluent in GERMAN and English
